Lens is Tamron 17-35mm f/2.8-4, used at 22mm f/8, 1/6 second exposure at ISO 200, hand held.

Longer exposures help blur the water and make it look more realistic. I took a lot of pictures to make sure I had one that was sharp, since hand holding 1/6 second is difficult. It took a long time to line up a picture I was happy with. I recall this was manual focused to get the foreground crisp and a blurred background.
