That radar dish never seems to turn - you can see it's getting a bit rusty. I'm not sure if it's still in use or not.

I haven't been in the oceanography/meteorology building very often, but I do recall one memorable hunt for a bathroom there. I searched every hallway of some upper floor. There are no bathrooms. Finally I gave up and started downstairs - and discovered the bathrooms hidden in the stairways; and what's more they alternate men/women on the landings halfway between the floors. It makes a weird kind of sense, since you'll only have to build half as many bathrooms, but what a royal pain it must be to haul cleaning supplies in and out. On the other hand, if no one can find them I guess you never need to clean them.
