The back says "great-grandma Stevenson". Presumably it was written by Blanche. That means one fewer great on this one than the other tintype with a matching frame. But this woman looks somewhat younger than the man, and is probably his daughter, or daughter-in-law.
I've been trying to figure out what's in the background. Maybe a circus tent?
