I took a picture of the incomplete jacket at the theater, and Photoshopped this image of it with lights in place. Dawn said it looked good to her, so it became the official layout design.

The final plan: 37 strands of lights distributed 3 on each sleeve, 9 on the back, and 11 on each breast of the front. Total lights is then 9 on each sleeve, 27 on the back, and 66 on the front. Of those, the sleeves are all white, the back has 6 blue and 21 white, and the front has 14 blue and 52 white.
